Photo and recording consent
Ask before taking photographs or recording. Do not share attendee identities, portfolios, questions, or materials without clear permission.
No-solicitation rule
The events are for learning and discussion. Sponsors, vendors, or product representatives may not deliver sales pitches or gather attendee data without approval.
Accessible participation
Contact the community team in advance for reasonable access or accommodation requests. Event listings should state venue, transit, and entry details clearly.
Report a concern.
If something feels unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with these standards, tell the on-site host or contact the community team. Reports will be handled thoughtfully and privately.
