Welcome to Nonary Nova. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and
use of the services provided by Nonary Nova LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our
website located at login.nonarynova.com and our iOS mobile application (collectively, the
“Service”).
By creating an account, accessing the website, or downloading and using the Nonary Nova iOS
mobile application (including versions distributed via the Apple App Store or TestFlight), you
agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or
use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service and the “Ella” AI Assistant
Nonary Nova is an AI-powered trading intelligence assistantform and research tool. The Service
features Ella, an AI-powered Trading Coach.
1.1 Role of Ella
Ella is designed to operate with the strict professional boundaries typical of a premier brokerage
firm or institutional advisory. Her function is limited exclusively to:
Market analysis and data synthesis.
Strategic trading guidance and “coaching” on market mechanics.
Technical support for supported trading applications.
1.2 Strict Scope of Conversation
In alignment with professional industry standards, Ella will not engage in any conversation
outside the scope of financial markets, trading strategy, and platform support. Any attempt
to engage the AI in personal, social, or non-business-related topics will be politely redirected to
her core analytical functions. This “Brokerage-Style” conduct is a fundamental feature of the
Service to ensure a professional and focused environment.
2. No Investment Advice Disclaimer
NONARY NOVA LLC IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISER, BROKER-DEALER,
FINANCIAL PLANNER, OR LICENSED FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. THE SERVICE IS
PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
2.1 AI-Generated Content
All scan results, trade setups, entry prices, stop-loss levels, target prices, AI scores, and
responses from Ella are generated by automated algorithms and AI models. They do not
constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any
security.
2.2 User Responsibility
Independent Verification: AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated
information. You must independently verify all information before acting on it.
Trading Risk: All trading involves a high degree of risk. You are solely responsible for all
trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
Monte Carlo Simulations: Probabilistic price projections generated via Monte Carlo
simulations are statistical models only and do not guarantee future performance.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
3.1 Registration and Authentication
The Service supports the following methods:
Email and Password: Available on web and iOS.
Sign in with Apple: Available on iOS. (We may store the private relay email address
provided by Apple).
Sign in with Google: Available on iOS.
By using Apple or Google sign-in, you are also subject to their respective terms of service.
3.2 Account Status Model
Pending: Web-based signups are placed in a pending state and require manual approval by
the operator before access is granted.
iOS Auto: Accounts created via iOS (Email, Apple, or Google sign-in) receive immediate
access without manual approval.
Approved: Web accounts manually approved by the operator. These accounts are exempt
from the credit system.
Active Membership: iOS/Android accounts with a paid subscription. These accounts utilize
the credit system.
The operator reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole
discretion.
4. Credit-Based Usage System
For membership users, the platform operates on a virtual credit system.
No Monetary Value: Credits are virtual units of account with no cash value. They are non-
transferable and non-refundable.
Free Trial: New users receive 60 free trial credits upon account creation. These credits
allow limited testing of the platform’s analytical features.
Credit Costs: Features (e.g., market scans, symbol analysis, chats with Ella) deduct
credits. Costs may vary slightly due to a randomization mechanism designed to prevent
system gaming.
Partial Refunds: If a full market scan returns fewer results than expected, a partial credit
refund may be automatically issued on a sliding scale.
Expiration: Credits do not expire while a membership is active. All unused credits are
forfeited upon account termination or membership cancellation.
5. Membership Subscription Plans
Subscriptions are billed on a weekly recurring basis through the Apple App Store or Google
Play Store.

Billing Management: Subscriptions are managed by the respective app store. We do not
directly process payment card information for app-based subscriptions.
Renewal: Credits refresh weekly upon successful renewal. Unused credits roll over to the
following week.
Cancellation: Users must cancel through their app store settings. Cancellation takes effect
at the end of the current billing period.
6. Brokerage Account Integration
6.1 Read-Only Portfolio Sync (via SnapTrade)
An active paid membership is required to use the Read-Only Portfolio Sync feature. Users
may connect a Robinhood account in a read-only capacity through SnapTrade to sync portfolio
holdings, positions, and balances. This connection is governed by SnapTrade’s terms. We do
not store your brokerage login credentials.
6.2 Robinhood Agentic Account (AI-Executed Trades)
The Robinhood Agentic Account feature is free to connect and does not require a paid
membership. Users may optionally connect a designated Robinhood “Agentic” sub-account to
facilitate AI-assisted trade execution.
Explicit Confirmation Required: Ella cannot execute trades autonomously. The platform
will only place equity orders in the Agentic account upon your explicit, affirmative
confirmation through the in-app trade card interface.
User Liability: You remain solely responsible for all trades executed through this feature.
The operator is not responsible for losses resulting from Agentic account trades.
6.3 Data Synchronization
Portfolio data is automatically synced during market hours (approx. 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM ET)
and every two hours for Agentic accounts. Users may also trigger a manual sync.
7. Platform Features
AI Picks: The platform periodically generates curated trade setups based on historical data
and AI scoring. These are generated automatically without human review and are subject to
all disclaimers in Section 2.
Push Notifications: The iOS app uses Expo to deliver alerts (scans, price alerts, briefings).
You may opt out via iOS settings, though this may prevent delivery of time-sensitive data.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Circumvent the credit system (e.g., creating multiple accounts for trial credits).
Use unauthorized bots or scripts to interact with the Service API.
Share account credentials or session tokens.
Misuse the Agentic feature in violation of securities laws or Robinhood’s terms.
9. Termination and Suspension
Upon termination or suspension:
Unused credits are forfeited without compensation.
App Store Subscriptions: You must manually cancel any active subscriptions through the
App Store/Google Play; the operator cannot do this for you.
Brokerage connections (SnapTrade and Agentic) will be disconnected.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute
shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Boston, Massachusetts, subject to any
mandatory app store requirements for in-app purchase disputes.
